Very bad customer service. Extremely slow treatment and terrible expirance overall. Would highly recomend to go to a different place.
Not contactable by phone, told us by text, the watch, which needed a mineral glass, had been sent to fossil Fossil do not have it and three months for a watch glass is totally unacceptable. I only sent it to them due to warranty as I do watch repairs so know both the timescale and the cost.
Useless. Gave the lab a brand new Fossil Q hybrid watch. Waiting for their answer for a week then they told me they can't fix it.
A store with all the best brands, and a great variety. Excellent service, Michael really helped me because I was looking for something specific. Great store, I will definitely be back there soon

Shocking service, absurd amounts by any standard
They wanted me to pay 1500 NIS for a replacement watch, even though they put the current watch on me a year ago (of course, both times the fault is not under warranty)
I sent it to another watchmaker - 280 NIS for a repair
